^ Earl Grey Lavender Ice-cream with waffles. Though I would still prefer Sunday Folk's, Froth's one is pretty decent too.

CLEO BFF makeover Always thankful for this girl who been through the ups and downs with me. Although she hates me for always not sharing the things that are on my mind. haha, bad habit I say. Can someon…

Pince & Pints

Image
Hello!

I'm sure most of you heard of Pince & Pints before but does it really live up to its fame?
They specializes in lobsters and only lobsters. The food menu contains 3 different types of cooking variations, - Live Whole Lobster (Grilled or Steamed) , The Lobster Roll and Chili Lobster. I dont take spice but the chili lobster look amazing at its own.

Oh, if you ask why are we here. We are celebrating b's birthday. woohoo! Especially when he's a seafood lover.

They dont take in reservations and only walk-ins are allowed. We waited for about 15 minutes and we got a table! However, our seats are really near to the door. I would strongly suggest to get a table at the back of the restaurant as there are too many people walking in and out! The staff service was commendable.

I ordered a grilled lobster and it was super good! It was fresh and surprisingly the sides was up to standard too. Well, I savored my whole dish and never leave a single bit.
B ordered the steam …

Even if you have DRY and Sensitive skin, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the luxury of using product without fragrance. Esemtan products comes with mild fragrance that helps to bring smile to your daily wash. Making you enjoying every moment – keeping you refresh and happy.

How to:
Apply on one hand and rub the back of your both hands together to even out the balm. Massage gently.

Esemtan Skin Balm $20/500ml Love the skin balm! It works as it claims. Moisturizing and not sticky at all. I really love products that do what they claims. At least, we as consumers, don't feel cheated. haha.

Esemtan Wash Lotion $19.75/500ml, $35.30/1L  It is smooth and gentle on skin. My skin is quite dry so I do really need one which is really moisturizing to not let my skin feel itchy at all. Well, sometimes, dry skin tends to crack and itch in the hot day. Esemtan works for me :)
Available at Guardian, Unity, Watsons, Independent pharmacy (Pink beauty, Beauty essential), NHG

Bioré UV Aqua Rich Watery Gel SPF50+ PA ++++

A 2014 Benchmark Survey commissioned by Kao Singapore revealed a surprising find - that only 30% of women between the age of 12 and 49 years old use a sunscreen daily. What is even more startling is that this number has remained unchanged for the past five years even with the introduction of more sun care products over the past few years. Based on this worrying trend, it is apparent that women in Singapore do not consider protection against UV damage a priority. This year, Bioré aims to change that.

Presenting the all new Bioré UV Aqua Rich Watery Gel which provide us with the maximum protection we can have.

Product Benefits
• Superior double UV block with enhanced SPF50+/PA++++
• Maximum protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays from the sun
• Retains its light and watery texture that allows smooth application without a sticky feel
• Infused with hyaluronic acid & citrus extract to keep skin hydrated and fresh
• Suitable for application on face and body

Arteastiq Boutique Tea House Review

Image
Hello!

Like I said previously, I am on a blog roll! Woohoo, it's definitely good for me cuz at least I can finish my posts on time. (smirk) Also, my blog won't be so boring with only advertorials. (opps)

For a person like me who isn't very artistic to begin with, I do find it a little challenging to start when I was just presented with a clean large canvas and paints. On b's 22nd birthday, we made our way to Arteastiq Boutique Tea House for some painting! B was definitely a better drawer than I do. On the other hand, I would prefer cutting and pasting. In other words, that's scrapbooking. hahaha.

Since it's b's birthday, we had a 1-for-1 deal promotion. All in all, we paid $48 for both inclusive of two drinks. When it comes to complimentary drinks, I realized that most places only provide coffee, tea or maybe ice lemon tea? I am quite impressed when I can get to choose my favourite drink off their menu. I had ice chocolate and b had his favourite green te…

Shi Li Fang 食立方 review

Image
Hello!

I am on a blog roll now!  I can't wait to show you more about my daily lifestyle and also to sustain the reason of why I am even blogging in the first place. I hope to keep the blog alive and definitely it will be a good read when I grew older.

Since we were in Orchard and as most of us already know that there's no cheap food in town. It is either you dine in Food Republic (which isn't very cheap too) or you would have to settle your meals in restaurants.

Now, there's a great alternative. How do I get to know about Shi Li Fang 食立方 in the first place? I honestly did not walk the entire Orchard Central to look for food. Instead, Shi Li Fang 食立方 hired a flyer distributor to distribute flyers at level 1 to create awareness. Well, it got me.

The lunch deal consists of a pot of soup, vegetables and meat (chicken, beef, pork or seafood) for only $9.90+.  I cant doubt the fact of how much both of us love seafood, so we decided to go for seafood platters!

If you already …

Serene's Birthday @ Lloyd's Inn

Image
Hello!

I just got my hands on b's new laptop and I can blog now without thinking that the page will hang or whatsoever. Wee! Thank you b for loaning me your laptop. It's quite upset to think that I can't get anything done when I am at home. The temptation of my bed is really too much. Now, I can bring b's laptop out to do some work too. In any case, I think I really need a new laptop. Any recommendations? Do leave me a comment in the comment box below. Thank you :)

Back to today's topic!
My very first time at Lloyd's Inn.

Lloyd's Inn is situated in the heart of Singapore and is very easily accessible from Dhoby Ghaut Mrt Station. There are plenty of eateries located round the corner for you to dine in. What's more, to take care of all your needs, we have NTUC supermarket in the vicinity too. Well, there's always cup noodles to accompany our long late night chats.

Oh yes, read my previous post on Windowsillpies! & there's Serene photographing…
